This policy explains how Edgewood Tech Repair handles mobile information and consent records when a customer chooses to receive service-related text messages.
Information we collect
When you request service or use the customer portal, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, device or service details, message history, communication preferences, and a record of when and how you provided or withdrew SMS consent.
How we use mobile information
If you separately choose SMS, we may text you about appointments, repair status, estimates, approvals, technician updates, payments, customer-portal access, support requests, and account verification or security codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Sharing and service providers
We may allow communication vendors, mobile carriers, hosting providers, payment processors, and other service providers to process information only as reasonably necessary to operate our systems, deliver requested messages, protect accounts, comply with law, or prevent fraud. These providers are not permitted to use your mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing.
Your choices
