Visits are by appointment. Submitting a request does not confirm a time.
Can I drop off a device?
Yes, after we confirm your appointment. I’ll share the drop-off details privately. My home address is not published online.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Business pickup is $25 one way and return delivery is $25 one way. Residential pickup is not offered; residential return delivery is $25 one way. Availability and any longer-distance surcharge are agreed in advance.
Service area and transport detailsWhat does the warranty cover?
Our 90-day limited labor warranty covers repair workmanship. Parts coverage is explained separately.
Read the warrantyDo you visit homes or businesses?
Home and business IT visits are available by confirmed appointment. On-site work has a $120 first-hour minimum, then $2 per minute of active work. The separate travel fee is $40.
